My approach to working with each client is both customized and structured.
Here’s what you can expect from working with me:

In our first conversation we’ll get to know each other and start discussing the challenges you’re facing. If I think I can help, we’ll move to step 2. If not, I’ll let you know and do what I can to point you in a helpful direction.

Over a series of conversations, we’ll dig deep into the challenges you’re facing, and calculate how much it costs you NOT to solve them. This will help you determine if it’s worth hiring someone like me to help. If yes, we’ll move to Step 3. If not, we’ll both know!

Once we’re both clear on the issues you’re facing, I’ll draft a scope of work outlining how I think I can help. We’ll work together until we’re both confident it will bring about the change you’re looking for.

From here I’ll put together a proposal with the estimated cost included. If you feel confident this will solve the challenges you’re facing and provide you with real value, we’ll move to the next stage.

Once a contract is signed, we’ll set a project timeline that works for you and your team. I will flex and adjust the as needed while holding you and your team to the process. Let’s get started!
